Gleichzeitig w\u00e4chst die Kritik an wachsenden Berichtspflichten: Viele Unternehmen empfinden Transparenzregulierung zunehmend als Belastung.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Doch wie berechtigt ist diese Kritik? Ertrinken Unternehmen tats\u00e4chlich in B\u00fcrokratie? Und l\u00e4sst sich die wirtschaftliche Belastung durch Berichtspflichten \u00fcberhaupt verl\u00e4sslich messen? Wie haben sich steuerliche und nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Transparenzanforderungen in den letzten Jahren entwickelt, etwa durch europ\u00e4ische Initiativen wie den Green Deal? Und welche Dynamiken treiben die zunehmende regulatorische Komplexit\u00e4t an: Ist sie ein unvermeidbarer Nebeneffekt politischer Zielsetzungen? Oder ein bewusst geschaffenes Gesch\u00e4ftsmodell, von dem bestimmte Akteure profitieren?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Diese und weitere Fragestellungen m\u00f6chten wir mit Vertreterinnen und Vertretern aus Politik, Praxis und Forschung diskutieren. Im gemeinsamen Austausch werden unterschiedliche Perspektiven zum Thema Transparenzregulierung beleuchtet.
