DESCRIPTION:Transparenz gilt als zentrale Voraussetzung für eine funktionierende soziale Marktwirtschaft. Sie soll dazu beitragen\, Unternehmen zu verantwortungsvollem Handeln zu bewegen. Gleichzeitig wächst die Kritik an wachsenden Berichtspflichten: Viele Unternehmen empfinden Transparenzregulierung zunehmend als Belastung. \nDoch wie berechtigt ist diese Kritik? Ertrinken Unternehmen tatsächlich in Bürokratie? Und lässt sich die wirtschaftliche Belastung durch Berichtspflichten überhaupt verlässlich messen? Wie haben sich steuerliche und nachhaltigkeitsbezogene Transparenzanforderungen in den letzten Jahren entwickelt\, etwa durch europäische Initiativen wie den Green Deal? Und welche Dynamiken treiben die zunehmende regulatorische Komplexität an: Ist sie ein unvermeidbarer Nebeneffekt politischer Zielsetzungen? Oder ein bewusst geschaffenes Geschäftsmodell\, von dem bestimmte Akteure profitieren? \nDiese und weitere Fragestellungen möchten wir mit Vertreterinnen und Vertretern aus Politik\, Praxis und Forschung diskutieren. Im gemeinsamen Austausch werden unterschiedliche Perspektiven zum Thema Transparenzregulierung beleuchtet.
