DESCRIPTION:Politisch wird Transparenz immer häufiger zum Mittel der Wahl: Sie verspricht\, unternehmerisches Fehlverhalten und Informationsasymmetrien zu verringern\, Vertrauen zu schaffen und unternehmerisches Handeln zu verbessern. Die Forderung nach mehr Transparenz produziert aber auch immer umfangreichere Berichtspflichten und wachsende Datenmengen. Wann also ist Transparenz nützlich? Und ab wann wird sie zum Problem? Sind mehr Informationen in und über Unternehmen wirklich hilfreich? Welche Kosten sind damit für die unterschiedlichen Akteure verbunden? Wie verändert dies die Zielerreichung und Akzeptanz von Regulierung in der Besteuerung und im Rechnungswesen? Und was bedeutet das für die unterschiedlichen Akteure? \nDiese und weitere wichtige Fragen rund um Berichterstattung\, Besteuerung\, Controlling und Unternehmenstransparenz wollen wir in großer Runde gemeinsam diskutieren – mit hochkarätigen Referentinnen und Referenten.
